Peer Review Process
Isen Mulang: Journal of Education and Learning implements a structured and rigorous peer review procedure to ensure the quality, originality, and academic contribution of each submitted manuscript.
1. Initial Screening
Each manuscript submitted will first undergo editorial evaluation to assess:

Similarity score (plagiarism check)
Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria may be returned to authors for revision or rejected.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts proceed to double-blind peer review, where:

Reviewers do not know the authors’ identity

Authors do not know the reviewers’ identity
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the topic.
3. Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers will assess:

The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief.
5. Revision Process
If revisions are requested, authors must submit:

The editor may send revisions back to reviewers if necessary.
6. Final Acceptance
Once revisions meet required standards, the manuscript is declared accepted and proceeds to:
